Ben’s passion for cooking started early and led him to train as a chef at Tadmore Culinary School. He’s been cooking professionally for 18 years, refining his craft in top kitchens across Israel and beyond. His culinary style blends global techniques with local flavors, shaped by deep knowledge of ingredients and storytelling through food. From Tel Aviv’s vibrant scene to international kitchens, Ben has mastered French finesse, Italian simplicity, Japanese precision, and Middle Eastern richness.
